CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a $30 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be used towards your service. The rest of the balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited with less than 48 hours notice for cancellations, changes or no call/ no shows. If canceled with 48 hours notice, your deposit will be credited towards your next service.
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged an additional $10. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Another deposit will be needed to rebook.
We ask that you come to your appointment with clean eyelashes or you will be charged an additional service fee for the lash bath.
